Senior Process Engineering Manager (full-time; onsite)
The Senior Process Engineering Manager plays a pivotal role in leading the process engineering team, ensuring the development and optimization of manufacturing processes in the tantalum wet capacitor industry, with a strong emphasis toward high reliability, quality and product yields. This position is responsible for driving innovation, improving operational efficiency, ensuring product quality, and developing a skilled workforce. The role encompasses oversight of new product development, process improvement initiatives, quality assurance, equipment reliability, and project management. In this role you would have four direct reports, with the opportunity for advancement.

Human Resources Generalist - E. Providence, RI (full-time; onsite)
We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring solid knowledge and understanding in a variety of HR functions, high energy and a positive attitude, ensuring compliance with employment labor laws and supporting our workforce management initiatives. This onsite position will report directly to the General Manager and will support day-to-day HR admin operations, including new employee onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance, fostering healthy workplace practices throughout every department. Quality Technician - Sanford, ME (full-time; onsite)
The Quality Technician will be responsible for the inspection of the Quantic Evans’ manufactured capacitors, ensuring that all products meet order specifications and established quality and control requirements; maintaining records of inspection progress and problems; recommending and implementing corrective measures under the general supervision of the Quality Manager. Inspection experience in a manufacturing environment required, and familiarity with good manufacturing and documentation practices under ISO9001 and AS9100 regulatory standards.

Mechanical Technician - Sanford, ME (full-time; onsite)
The Mechanical Technician will be responsible for equipment repairs, troubleshooting, upgrades, and installations; process support; preventative maintenance; and facilities maintenance in our small Sanford, ME manufacturing facility. You will interface with operations and engineering to help maintain production efficiency and product quality.
